Terranova and Associates is an accounting firm located in Danvers, MA. We are looking for a part time office assistant. We are seeking an individual who is:

  • Motivated

  • Optimistic

  • Energetic with a “can-do” attitude

  • Able to maintain a professional yet cheerful manner

  • A problem solver

The responsibilities that come with this role are as follows:

  • Meet and greet visitors/clients

  • Answer multi-line phone system and address/forward the calls per protocol

  • Schedule appointments

  • Collect and distribute mail

  • Errands- Such as going to the post office and bank

  • Restocking supplies

  • Scan and file documents per office protocol

  • Maintain a clean and neat lobby space

  • Maintaining office supply levels

  • Data entry

  • Assist office manager as well as other staff

Skills Required:

*Comfortable with a computer is a must*

- Experience/knowledge with Microsoft Suite products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Ability to work with Adobe Professional

- Be able to handle a multi-line phone system

Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem FX Tax is a plus
